Residents across the London Borough of Barking and Dagenham are set to benefit from a major boost in electric vehicle (EV) infrastructure as Connected Kerb rolls out its latest network of public charge points in partnership with the council. In August 2025, as part of the build-up to World EV Day, we held a get-together in Havering with our Director, Ryan Spillane, and local EV drivers to celebrate the growing smart charging network. Two residents who regularly use Connected Kerb chargers joined us to share their experiences – a reminder that the shift to EVs must be fair, affordable and accessible for everyone, not just those with off-street parking.
